    He is going to commit suicide. Its the only feasible reason to sell such a mass of gaming bliss. He is going to sell it, and give his surviving family a large chunk, buy a hooker, some fillet mingon and then kill himself. Noone In their right mind would EVER EVER sell all this. I would hoard it like a greedy bastard and hire a milita to protect me from theives. He has to be planning suicide in order to sell this thing guild free. or maybe he is trying to start a drug empire. Or maybe he played polybius.

    If I had that kind of cash, I would buy this in a heartbeat.
