    Expensive Crap

Yesterday at the mall I encountered a Kiosk with five large Televisions, and some Nintendo 64 paddles connected to them. upon closer examination I noticed that they were not really nintendo paddles, but a game which you plug to your tv and you can play a plethora of old NES games. I belive teh count was around 100. Despite the obvious 'non-durability' and a poorly placed data port(digs on the fingers) they seemed to be fun. there was also a second player "sega" paddle, (althought therte were no sega games) and a duck hunt gun. I figured, it was a pretty cool thing, and I asked how much it was. $79.99 USD!!!. For a cheaply made item, I figured somewhere around twenty, but I wouldn't think of paying that much for it today. I prefer computer emulators much better, mainly because of the cost. This is a warning to all of you 1337 out there, dont be fooled, the system is a ripoff for your hard earned cash. If you really want it, get a friend to distract the guy and snatch one. Ok, dont, stealing is wrong even if they are trying to rip you off, but I must confess, this is the one time in a long while where I actually thought about taking something from a legitimate business owner. and I am normally a good kid. Long story short, dont pay for cheap overpriced crap.

the ones i saw were at my mall over here, they had a crap-laod of NES games, and some atari stuff, like "burger time".

anyway, the ones i saw were only 39.99, and it had a "Nintendo 64" controller, a "SEGA 16 bit" controller, and a Beretta M-92F as the gun for duck hunt and everything the guns are used for..... in fact, i think it also came with a running pad for the running games.

and it was cheaper..... so maybe you just got the shady ppl who want a bunch of money..

Yeah, the guy was constantly challenging people to get a lower price if you did good at some games. Of course, If I intended on buying it, I would have done it but the lowest he would go was 60 bucks. He was an asshole. Probably spent his life savings on all that crap and wanted to screw little kids in order to buy crack. he was all jittery and shaky. Crackhead.

Yeah, I have a friend who bought one of those machines, and it broke within a week, then she returned it later because it used to many batteries too quickly.
