    Over the last years that I was absent on 1337, I was expelled from high school, and held a slew of jobs for very little. I ended up getting a B.S. and M.S. in Metallurgical Engineering, while doing research and publishing a few papers in the field of nuclear electrochemistry. Was offered work at 4 nation labs here in the US but refuse to leave the state as I'm a divorced dad and would rather be with my kiddos. Now I work as a chemical engineer for a mining company here in town.

    Yet I'ma stil deperssed lad.

    Neat. I got a BSc in Geology and ended up working as a civil engineer. I want to get back into the field so that I can count years towards my PG exam but I'm on the track for the PE so I guess that's still cool. Job security is hard to beat.

    As of three months ago I went from being a grocery manager in my store to managing a deli/bakery combo. Not the greatest time, but I need it under my belt before going to a salaried position.
