I am not insulting your moderator skills, I am insulting the fact that in my opinion only mature members should be upgraded to moderator status.
In my opinion, you do not fit that description due to the fact that you -repped me on "a feeling" and due to my name.

EDIT: Infact, would you -rep George Ouz. if he came on the forums (thats "Maddox"'s real name) because of his opinions on an external website? First, rep isn't as big of a deal as you seem to think. You get +rep for shit people find amusing or insightful. You get -rep for, well, just about everything else. It's not the end-all of your stay, unless you force it to be. If you get neg rep, big fucking deal. I've gotten neg rep before, too. It sucks, sure, but it's nothing to go off on a tangent about. Just brush it off and keep going, and make posts that people can't help but +rep. if it's such a big deal to you.
