FAQ: Why can I only see a few forums?

When you first join 1337.com you can only see a select number of all the available forums, and you can only post in three of them: "SHaRK P00L", "1337 Register" and "SERiOUS DiSCUSSiON".

The SHaRK P00L and SERiOUS DiSCUSSiON is where you can prove yourself worthy of promotion to "Super Member". These forums are general chat areas and are watched closely by the admins, the mods, and the super members.

The 1337 Register is where new members should first introduce themselves to the rest of the community.

If your access is upgraded you will be able to both read and post in another 20 forums alongside the other 1337 Super Members.

Some the new forums you'll have access to include Consoles, Flames, Music, Hardware & Software, PC Gaming, Fun, Programming and GFX.

Other privileges include a bank and shopping system where you can earn "leets" to upgrade the look of your account, an online chat room, and access to our 1337 Radio shoutcast DJ'd by members of the board. We're also in the middle of installing a highly-detailed RPG for members to battle, trade and join clans.

We've spent a long time getting 1337.com ready...the rest is up to you!
