Maximum 600 pixels wide
Maximum 200 pixels high
Maximum 100Kb filesize
They're out of control and causing problems with viewing pages due to their dimensions, size, and quantity. Therefore, I'm limiting sigs to one image maximum, up to 600x200, and 100Kb in size. I reckon this is pretty generous and allows for a lot of design scope.

At this stage I am not forcing you to upload the image via your control panel and host it on the 1337.com server (so you can use ImageShack, etc), but if images continue to be larger than this size then I'll consider it.
That said, I encourage everyone to use the sig upload feature in the control panel to ensure they stay within the guidelines and that the image will always be available to view.
I haven't reduced the number of text lines or characters that can make up a sig but again, that may be reconsidered also.
