ugh i got wow and i thought it would be a free game like wc3 but only a disappointment to find u have to pay
a basic monthly fee of $14.99, a three-month plan costing $13.99 per month, and a six-month plan costing $12.99 per month.

tho it is still a great game ill just take it back

I really dont think WoW is that good in the first place. And killer you must be a dumbass if you think it wasnt going to cost you per month. Most MMORPGs work like that and I hate it when people complain about the monthly fee. Its like owning a car. You dont just pay for it once.. you have to pay for gas and maintenance. Same with the game. There are updates and patches and the servers are always worked on and have to be hosted by someone.

I played the open beta that was about 2 weeks long and it wasnt really THAT good. Id prefer Asherons Call 2 or Everquest 2.

i say other because it looks coool i saw some 1 playing it at a lan but i guess i dont rlly have teh $$ to be playing monthly so ill just stick to battle.net because its basicly just wc3 xcept ur just the hero in first person killing animals

WoW rocks in my opinion!
I played the open beta as well and I thought it was great! Really good fun, especially when ur playing with some mates. I'm quite certain that I'll get it when it comes out in Germany. I just love the Warcraft universe and 13$ for 6 months are alright.
Oh, and Mister KillerPenguin, how on earth did you not know that WoW is a MMORPG for which u have to pay?!?
