I know there are some pretty good tools out there, but unfortunately they often seem
to drown in the flood of useless programs that actually doesn't do anything good for you at all.
For example; installing 17 different 'boosters' will only mess up your system, as one tend to override the other all the time.
I found a couple of ok products;
