My Definition: When a word contains a soft a, like panda, or pizza, or pizzageina, drop the a and add an er, i.e. "Pander" or "Pizzer" and "pizzergeiner"

When a word contains "er" or "ar", like "Harvard" or "parked" or "Marker" drop the "ar" or "er" and ad "ah" i.e. "Hahvahd" "Pahked" and "mahkah"

I must agree, queue is a great word. Its also pronounced funny. I'm from Saint Louis myself, we don't really have accents here, but I guess you dont really notice your own accent.
