Re: World of Goo
I got this for WiiWare and it is honestly a contender for GOTY for me. The art style is great and the physics and controls are totally solid, but the level design is just mindblowingly brilliant!
I can't really describe the gameplay, you'll have to try the demo for that, but unlike any other game I've seen, every single level gives you something totally new to do, building on the previous level in a way that you have all the skills to complete it.
The game hints you along ever so slightly, always making the end goal very clear and highlighting the tools and skills you need, but not all the fun stuff in between. You never really feel frustrated, and, something that's rare for physics games, when you mess up you always feel like it's your fault, and not the game's.
This game is a definite must-play for everyone. And this entire game is made by two guys and they're already facing a 95% piracy rate, so please support them if you can.
