Just saw it. Pleasant surprise, stayed very true to characters except for that african american whos supposed to be white, fat, and grumpy.

I am very disappointed that i didn't see it Thursday like I was planning. But I should see it sometime this weekend.

I'm kinda bummed that there was no musical theme from the game. And Max didn't pop handfuls of painkillers every few minutes.

Yeah, well, you're one of those people with no attention span who only get entertainment out of explosions and bullet time.
You get plenty of that in the game. The movie focuses more on the cut scene story of the game rather than more shooting. It's a really well done movie if you see it for what it is.
You just want a movie with things blowing up and nothing else to lose, go watch Transformers or something.
